The investigation concludes. A failure on node A+B of the datacenter caused a power outage. While the VPS service was quickly reactivated, dedicated servers like Agma.Email required manual intervention, which took much longer than expected.

The datacenter where our servers are located has informed us that, due to the power loss, disk damage is occurring and needs to be repaired. Our servers have two physical disks, so we are protected against this issue. We are working to repair/replace the compromised data. We also have backups from last night, so in the event of a catastrophic event, we have everything under control. We apologize for the inconvenience and continue working to resolve this incident. We will also soon communicate the measures we will take to prevent this from happening again.
